A successful Fun Day was held on the 26th of July which was attended by most of our children with their families. It may have been the coldest day of the year but the games, the jumping castle and the braai warmed everybody up.  Thanks to all the parents who contributed in kind or cash and bought tickets for the braai, an amount of  N$4594.35!!! was raised for the centre to buy new materials for the classrooms.

New classrooms inaugurated

Wednesday, March 26, 2014
Ms Khoises from the Ministry of Education gave us the Opening Address, speaking from the heart about the importance of pre-school education. On the photo she is cutting a ribbon with the help of Timothy and Nicole.

On March 26, our new classrooms were inaugurated with a great celebration. There ribbons were cut, plaques unveiled and there was talk about the importance of pre-school education. The children sang and then we had a huge cake! We are very proud of our new school and very grateful for the cooperation of the Harry Lierens Foundation in the Netherlands and the Lions Club Windhoek Alte Feste who made this possible.
